“CUBO” literally translates to “CUBE” from Spanish to English. EL CUBO DE CUBA, our very lengthy, official business name, simply means "the Cuban Cube." We thought this was a funny reference to the fact that we were serving Cuban food in boxes from a food cart shaped like a cube.
